I write programs that explore new ways to work. These are social machine that will be natural someday but for now need lots of explaining. Better we do that well too.
I wrote Federated Wiki while I served as Nike's open-data fellow. I currently work for NewRelic in Portland, Oregon.
I'm thinking the HowTo pages on fed.wiki.org should be specific to that farm. More general HowTo pages could be developed on a site of their own, maybe howto.fed.wiki.org. I've given some thought to topics that should be explained.
We start by considering what should be provided in terms of breadth, depth, and specificity. There may be opportunities for original organization and navigation assuming the content is delivered as a wiki.
